Who we are
This website, nattech.am, is operated by NATTECH LLC (ՆԱԹԹԵՔ ՍՊԸ), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia, taxpayer identification number 01099944 (“Nattech”, “we”, “us”). In short
This website is informational. It has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties when you open the site. We do not sell personal data.
What data is processed
Technical data. When you open the site, the company that hosts it automatically processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and device type, and the referring page. These server logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
Data you send us. If you write to us by email or call us, we receive the data you choose to share — for example your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare an offer or a contract.
Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure website (technical data) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (correspondence).
Who receives the data
The hosting provider that stores this website and its server logs, acting on our behalf. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
The hosting provider may process data outside Armenia. In that case we rely on the provider’s contractual and technical safeguards.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer you and for the periods required by Armenian law for business records. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Write to info@nattech.am — we will answer within the time limits set by law.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or, if you are in the European Union, to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
